“Slatted blind delivered without valance. Took weeks to send replacement then did not include the fixings. They then sent the wrong fixings! Eventually they did send the correct ones. Not their usual standard”

“I ordered roller blinds with light filtering fabric. The fabric is great - exactly as advertised and the quality of it very good. But I’m disappointed by the brackets which are very basic in design. They make no effort to hide the screws or to cover the bracket so you don’t see what’s behind. Other suppliers have a better bracket design with a neater finish. Also, the gap between the top of the fabric and the window recess above is very large. My fabric is only thin and doesn’t need all that space for the fabric to roll around the tube - so the gap is very noticeable. Coupled with the very basic brackets where the screws and fitting is visible, these blinds don’t look as good as Dunelm, John Lewis and other suppliers. Overall, I’m disappointed with them.”

“Blinds have arrive damaged with scratch marks and chips out of them. The front panel to cover the metal blind frames have pencil marks where it has been cut but it hasn’t even been cut to the correct length and is to big. Really poor quality and a waste of money.”

“The blinds came packaged well. The blinds go together really easily, clicking them in is a bit tricky but nothing major. Only complaint I have is the plastic covers that cover the joints do not fit and fall off constantly”

“Waited the estimated 4wks, but well worth the wait. Blinds are top quality, and very easy to install. They fit perfectly in my box bay and look fantastic - pics don’t do them justice. Will definitely be back in the future!”

“One of the worst customer services I have ever encountered. After long discussion and following company’s instructions they helped me make an order over the phone to make sure the measurements were right. However the blinds came short and they were of no use. The customer service blamed me and while I was talking to their team support the hang up the phone twice. They never took responsibility for the mistake and they were totally unhelpful. Had to contact my bank to try to get my money back. Just go for another company to get your blinds from, someone professional and helpful for a start.”
