“Hi!. I am very happy. and we have had several blinds from you over the years. (Unfortunately, I tried to be too clever on the most recent blind, and decided to drill into the wall, instead of the wooden window frame). Bad decision on my part! Now corrected and all is fine. Thankyou!”

“Delivery was well outwith the average and notification of actual delivery too short, could well have been out. Blinds well packaged so no problems there. Have questions about quality control s both blinds short of actual dimensions by around 5mm, had to mount the fixings to accommodate though no real visual impact. Despite following fitting instructions had to re-roll both blinds tighter in order to fit and in one had to remove the stop on the chain in order to get full range of movement. Quality seems ok but wouldn't recommend on this experience”

“I bought several blinds for our sash windows and I am very happy with them and they look great. They are simple to install even for a non diy person like myself and the ordering and delivery process was also very easy. Only criticism I would have is the cord length for the tilt adjustment is a little short for our windows although they are very high compared to a normal window.”

“Massive choice, very easy to use website to order and kept up to date on dispatch and delivery. When they arrived the box was damaged but the blinds were fully in tact. Very easy to install and look great now they’re in place. Will certainly use them again in the future when looking for blinds.”
