“Easy order. Advised of rough time but didn’t get any updates for order. Mail to say dispatched the day after we had already received it 🤣. They advise measure accurately and they will reduce to fit....it was too long. Thankfully my husband could sort. We shouldn’t have to cut a made to measure order hence 4 stars. Blind is lovely ...would order again.”

“Ordered blinds costing over £1100.00 back on the 19th April, my update stated that they were dispatched on the 27th May, when I tracked the delivery it states that they were producing a return label on the 30th May. No effort had been made to make a delivery and no reason given to why my blinds were being returned. I have made numerous attempts to contact blinds2go customer services through online chat, private enquiries, email and phone for over 2 weeks with nothing more than an automatic email reply to say they have received my email. I understand the current situation and that it why I have been patient. If they are open to take orders then they should be able to reply to my concerns. I am considering contacting PayPal to start a dispute to claim my money back if this is not resolved soon.”

“Really pleased with the Roman blind. Well made and black out level is good. Only gripe is it’s 3cm shorter than ordered. I could request it to be remade but it seems a waste and it just about goes long enough. Hoping it drops a bit more as it hangs.”

“I didnt realise how simple it was to order my roman blinds. Blinds 2go website had vet clear instructions on how to measure and place my order, even selecting the materials and backing materials was so easy. The quality of the blinds is simply brilliant. Easy to fit, perfect condition when delivered due to packaged very well. I would highly recommend Blinds 2go and will be back for more. Delivery takes a little time but this due to made to order and quality control, it is clear on the site how long delivery takes and is worth it for the quality products.”

“Quality is really high, easy to install but was disappointed when our blinds didn't fit! We live in a grade 2 listed building with over 2m long windows and this was the first time buying this type of blinds, so I religiously stuck to the measuring instructions online, we said to measure in 3 places, however our walls curve so much that when the blinds came they didn't quite fit, I think for anything over 1.5m long windows take 5 to 7 measures would of prevented our issues as our walls differ greater than the 3mm clearance. However, we contacted customer service to work out what to do and they were helpful. I would definitely recommend blinds2go”

“Love the blinds .But found instructions not great . Would be good if put a printed instructions with the blinds on delivery. One blind needs fixing again so hopefully will be all good . Came unfixed after aweek so hopefully my son can put right . But love the blinds and the look”
