“Awful company, awful customer service. We ordered blinds from Binds to go and they delivered to the wrong address (no big deal, everyone makes mistakes). The problem started when they delivered to the same address on two additional occasions without changing the address. They then advised on the 4th attempt, that we could get a refund or pick them up ourselves. Waste of time dealing with them - very incompetent.”

“I moved to a new build & needed blinds. Blinds2go made ordering straightforward, prices are good, service is excellent, delivery is excellent. I now have 3 vertical blinds & 11 venetian blinds & I am very happy”

“Just to say that the last set of blinds you sent me .Was not finished to a good standard.ie one end fixing loose/angled stripped thread, and overall length was 34cm not 35cm .”

“Really disappointed. They look really cheap and the fittings were so difficult to use. The measurements were not very precise and we have huge gaps around the edge. The measurements we sent were exact and they say they work it all out. They did a really bad job”
