“Blinds are OK, but came without the adjustment for the angle of the Venitian blinds properly working. I managed to fix it quickly myself, but could probably have been made not to fail like that. minus 1 start minus 1 more star for emailing me to solicit this review, against my wishes (I didn't opt in for this). I _really_ hate companies who fish for reviews.”

“Have received 4 correct blinds and one incorrect blind. Despite begging for someone to call me to discuss and rectify, I am getting nowhere! I have received an email to say that you supplied the wrong size, and now you're saying that you didn't! WHY CAN'T YOU SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS TO SORT THINGS OUT!??? I did get through yesterday and asked the operator to hold on for a second and they disconnected me!”

“We are very pleased with the blind. My only criticism is that the chain isn't long enough for my wife to reach properly as it's fitted in a kitchen window and she has to stretch across a 600mm worktop to get at it, I can reach it but it is still awkward Had it been longer it would be easier for both of us to reach.”

“I ordered some bespoke perfect fit blinds and they came within the predicted time. They were really easy easy to install and I was so happy with them that I ordered another three for the rest of the house! Very pleased with the service, will definitely use Blinds2go again if I can find another window to cover...”

“On the whole the ease of ordering was good but I have to say I was a little disappointed with the quality of the blinds the actual blinds where are okay but the cords seemed flimsy and the toggle on end plastic that fell apart as I tried to close the blind it was a shame as I have had blinds before which were fine.”

“I am very impressed with the quality of these blinds. I got the double blind with one glare resistant blind and a black out blind on top. They look great, fit perfectly and came on time. I will always use Blinds2go from now on.”
