“The quality of the blinds is outstanding. The instructions for fitting were a little difficult to follow. I would suggest that the diagrams are bigger and the video is in slow motion and on a larger screen. I am 71 and found it a little difficult to see the diagrams and video.”

“I ordered 1 DuoLight Bright White PerfectFIT blind to start with, to see what they were like and how they fitted. I thought they were great and therefore ordered more. They are, in my opinion, superb in design, easy to fit and accurate. I shall be ordering more when I can afford to do so. Thanks.”

“Good quality and fast delivery. Worth getting a sample first. We didn't and ours is darker than I really wanted. But by the time I got home from work my husband had fitted it! Delivered earlier than expected.”

“The whole experience, except for the delivery itself at the very end, was superb. The range of products is wide, the website unusually easy to navigate and informative and the blinds arrived quickly. But you and UPS, normally a great company, were so let down by the driver that it needs comment. The three parcels are marked 'fragile' all over and yet the driver simply tossed them over a 7' garden fence, leaving the boxes with mutiple deep rips right through to the blinds. The blinds will be opened properly by the installer tomorrow and we hope they are undamaged. Someone needs to have a little word with the driver. This is not a criticism of UPS in general.”
