“I bought one venetian blind. Deliver was quicker than predicted and quality seemed okay out of the box. Installing was more difficult than I thought, most annoying was that it doesn't specify that when doing top mounted it shouldn't be resting against the window sill 'ceiling' as then I couldn't fit the facia panel but that's not the end of world. Once up I tend to help guide it up or down as it needs support to rise up. The holes for the strings let some light through and when it bed the street light out can get in my eyes. Overall on okay blind but I'll probably look elsewhere next time.”

“I did not have a bad experience but the system is not good. I am not kept informed about the progress, I have to check myself the website. I would expect to get better informed about the delivery date. The product is good”

“Mounting brackets missing to put it up closing the blind its self was stiff and will not fully shut the connector between the rod and the blind was flimsy which twisted and fell off on day one”

“Having bought 8 sets of shutters my recent oder turned up as a yellow/cream colour. Apparently pure white is no longer white... even though the pictures online are shown clearly as white”

“I have been searching for ages for my blinds for our redecorates living room and I came across Blinds2go - from the free up to 10 samples service they offer to an easy to use and informative website which takes the hassle out of ordering blinds for the first time- I have been so delighted with our three new blinds and look forward to ordering our next ones as and when we do up the other rooms.”

“Ordered roller blind on 24th July for despatch by 1st Aug.Phoned customer services on the 2nd Aug to be told material is out of stock!! A simple curtoursey phone call was not given. Had to choose another material only for my order to be given a despatch date of 15th Aug which was unacceptable,phoned customer services to be told that my blind was being finished that day & will be despatched,complete lie!! 3 days later still nothing. Look on other review sites more & more unsatisfied customers are appearing lately.”
