“We ordered two faux wood blinds which now look really fabulous. We had a bit of trouble with one of them in that it was the exact measurement that we gave but then on fitting the bracket it was too wide so we had to cut it down slightly this was not a problem but annoying. The other blind we noticed was slightly shorter to allow for the bracket which fitted perfectly. This said we are very pleased with our purchase and will buy again as we have in the past.”

“Found Blinds2go through an online search engine. Well set out website with helpful downloads for fitting and measuring and easy to navigate. Ordered some test colours which came quickly. After deciding on colour decided on the type of blind to fit our bifold windows. Measuring was easy and the order process painless. The order was paid upfront and delivery date provided. I am guessing with C-19 the manufacture and delivery were longer than usual. During the wait the delivery date changed a couple of times but the email stated I would be updated as the blinds went to quality control. I was not updated just received an email with delivery details albeit earlier than thought. No problem with delivery the blinds are packed with a link to the website for fitting. Suggest you use a Q-code for phones to access the instructions. Blinds looked good and well made, the metal edges and plastic edge inserts could have been better cut with some rough and uneven edges. That will not affect the blinds or the look of them once on the window. Attaching the blinds to bifold doors easy using the kit provided. The tension is held by a spring but the string must stretch because I have had to re-tie the string again twice in 2 weeks. Hopefully this will settle as the string stretches in place, although there are instructions about how to re-tension the leaflet does not provide any detail about possible stretch with new string. I hope I will not have to re-tension the blind regularly to stop it dropping. In summary minor points which do not affect the look of the blind and a little bit of extra information would have made this 5 star. 4 stars is an excellent score and I would certainly buy from Blinds2go again.”
