“This is the third time I have ordered from Blinds2Go and they are always great to deal with, excellent quality product delivered in short timescale with good customer service. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars is the delivery was over the specified 3 weeks timeframe but given current situation that's understandable.”

“The quality of the blind is much better than I expected. It has metal fittings which are stronger and looks better than the regular plastic ones. I paid more than I usually would but pleased with a great product for the price.”

“APPALLING. If you get what you ordered fine but if you have any issues be prepared for frustration and disappointment. Blinds ordered and delivered mid March. 44 two metre slats were missing. Slats were reordered and delivered mid May. Only 22 slats were delivered leaving me 22 short. I now have half of a blind which is as much use as no blind. Unable to get any response by e mail or chat with customer services. Their brilliant method seems to be to cut off all avenues of communication until the customer gets fed and quits. It works. After over 3 months I have given up any hope of a resolution to this issue. This is a common theme running down the poor reviews of this company. Why risk your money with this uncaring company when there are plenty of other companies who supply similar products and most likely have a better attitude towards its customers”
