“The blinds look very good quality and fitted well, the measurements are adjusted to make sure they fit, not 5 stars as it would be very helpful if it allowed you to label the blinds as we ordered quite a few it was confusing as to which one was for which room, I also got no dispatch or delivery information luckily I was in”

“Poor customer experience. I bought from the perfect fit range and is part of the no drill range. After the product arrived in a faulty state, customer service actually recommended taking out a drill, not to drill the wall, but to drill holes into the frame itself to solve a problem they themselves created by either failing to think about the product itself or by failing to check the quality before it was sent to a customer. Customer service has been very disjointed and poor and won't seem to accept their errors.”

“Please do not be fooled by this company. They have 4*+ reviews as they cherry pick their reviews. I purchased 2 VEXLUX replacement blinds from them on the premise that they fit and they are easy to install. That was a lie! The company has put it down to user error but 3 people have tried to fit the side panels that come the the product and still no avail. The company refuse to acknowledge it is anything but user error but if you have been through the installation guide and the troubleshooting guide several times with different people, then we have to start to look at the product itself. Is it really made for this window, the quality is questionable and suggesting that it’s a replacement when clearly it doesn’t fit is daylight robbery. Now i am out £118 with blinds that are half hung or not at all.”

“I ordered samples from blinds to go as there was so much choice for Venetian blinds.The samples arrived the next day. After choosing the colour Essence Silver,I placed the order on the 14th May and received the Venetian blind 19th May.Very quick delivery.The blind is great quality and will be ordering another once we have decorated other rooms in the house.”

“Delighted with my bi fold door blinds. However, I ordered one set first to make sure that I could fit them easily. It was easy to fit, so I ordered 2 of exactly the same ones, I even checked my invoice to make sure. Unfortunately the second two sets are a totally different colour to the original. The first was definitely a cream, and the second two are more white. That being said, I am still delighted with them, and would recommend Blinds 2go. Just make sure you order multiples at the same time.”

“Ordering guide, packaging and delivery very good. All fixings provided as required and instructions very good. The size of the blind is as ordered and material is of a good quality. The aluminium bar within the folded bottom edge had not been cleaned after cutting. This left a large amount of aluminium filings on both the bar and bottom of the blind. The small ‘blinds2go’ label fitted at the bottom of the blind is not fitted straight.”
