“Used this company a couple of times . Just purchased wooden plantation blind £578 easy to put together BUT on righthand side screws were in frame at a strange angle! Left hand side was fine ! Handy man had to re screw rh side n use the beading to hide so nothing to see !! On contacting blinds to go I was advised this was all normal as the beading was there to hide imperfections!! So it didn't matter if screws were wrong!! In fact they said screws wernt wrong!! Odd as the others side was fine ?? Advised of 10% refund but it never came !! Won't be using again as £578 is too much for something that's not quite right !!!!”

“ordered a full house of blinds, they came really quick and brilliant looking blinds, I was dreading fastening to the top of my lintle but to my surprise the brackets supplied would do either side or top so really pleased. We will be ordering roman blinds to compliment these as the look so good.”

“Bifold blinds - Critical to measure correctly to ensure they fit properly with no leakage. Our bifolds have deep rubber seals that folded under when we slid the bracket in so we had to refit the seal completely. They do look ok and keep the room cooler just a bit narrow. They were 5mm narrower than I ordered so I called the helpline and they said I could have wider ones for £210 - 50% off! Too much money for blinds. Measure carefully folks.”

“Lovely blinds. Completely transformed my downstairs window. The instructions were shocking and not matched the fixings that were sent out. Go there in the end with help from someone who put the exact ones up before but better instructions needed.”

“No problems with the service or the product at all. The website is clear and helpful, ordering is straightforward, delivery was as promised and the right installation guide for your product (should it be required) is easily accessible online, directly from your order summary. We ordered a combination of roller and Venetian blinds for our summer house; narrow, long and in both left- and right- control locations. All exactly as required and installed with little fuss. Happily recommend Blinds2Go.”

“The order was to replace an existing blinds2go installation. However, the pole to too long - the blind had to be dismantled so that the pole could be cut to the correct length. The cord was at the other end - these fittings had to be removed and replaced with those from the old blind. VOICE OF CUSTOMER - give your customers a choice over which end the cord is preferred.”
