“a Little disappointing. i bought blinds for my bi-fold doors last year and they were great. this year i tried to get matching blinds for my windows (who does not want matching blinds, basic requirement i would have thought) unfortunately i could only get them for 1 of my 2 windows (the second window was 2cm to narrow). i called looking for help picking an alternate, but the agent was no too helpful. she was very polite but essentially could not answer my questions or offer advice over ordering some samples and me deciding. i did this, could not find matching color so had to accept a similar (but not the same) color. to add insult to injury, my new blinds came and there is a nasty plastic piece on each corner that has a different shade to the rest of the frame and sticks out like a saw thumb (i didn't even want a frame, i wanted similar to my bi-folds) but it was not clear in the pictures on the the web site there was a frame or nasty plastic corner pieces (how did you manage to hide that so well in your pictures?), and in the absence of any recommendation on the phone with their agent, i had to just take a chance..... lesson learned :-(”
