“Easy ordering of Velux blind via numbers taken of window frame. Blind arrived a week ahead of scheduled date, was easy to fit and the fit was perfect. Value for money and would use company again.”

“Website was easy to use and move around. Placing an order was good although due to Covid-19 the delivery time was longer than expected. However, blinds received ahead of time and hanging them was easy too. Excellent service and would recommend.”

“Very good thank you! Quality product at a reasonable price. Although I managed to measure one of the blinds incorrectly. All was not lost as it was easy enough to cut the blind down to the right size. Would use again.”

“Very very disappointed with blinds 2go. I received my order of 6 floor to ceiling perfect fit venetian blinds worth £448 on 02 July but to my greatest shock and disappointment, parts were missing in all 6 blinds. The small screws normally attached to the frames which are used to fasten the blinds to the vertical frames were missing. 2 packets were also missing the clips (6 x 2 blinds) which are used attaching the frame to the window, 2 small handles used in opening and closing the blinds as well as the white caps (4 x 2 blinds) which are used in covering the corner joints. It appears no quality control checks were undertaken by Blinds 2go before the goods were despatched. This is very frustrating and disappointing and shoddy from a company which prides itself on quality. I have sent multiple emails with images of the missing parts but still no response till date. I am expecting another delivery in a fortnight and blinds 2go should ensure quality control checks are done on all products before despatch.”

A thorough inspection of all the packages also revealed that other parts were missing as well. two boxes were delivered without clips (6 x 2 blinds) which are used attaching the frame to the window, handles used in opening and closing the blinds (02) as well as the white caps (4 x 2 blinds) which are used in covering the corner joints. It appears no quality control checks were undertaken by Blinds 2go before the goods were despatched. This is very frustrating and disappointing and shoddy from a company which prides itself on quality. I have sent multiple emails but still no response till date. It would be much appreciated if they could respond and send the missing items as i am now stuck with a product that cannot be used. I have sent images of missing parts via email to blind 2go support team.I am expecting another delivery in a fortnight and blinds 2go should ensure quality control checks are done on all products before despatch COVID-19 notwithstanding.”
