“Quality of the blinds were good, no complain but one of the roman blinds keeps falling off from the sticker and there is a wave / losing from the bottom that is making it a little awkward. The other blind is fine. My roller blinds for conservatory is less than the measurement, made me disappointed. Again the quality of the blinds were good.”

“I found the process of measuring up for my blind straightforward, thanks to the guidance available through the website. I liked the ability to filter the many options to find what I wanted. I thought the range of blinds available was excellent. The price was very competitive and delivery was quick. Most importantly of all the blind itself is of very good quality and is exactly the right size. Will definitely use this company again.”

“Ordered a new set of blinds to match a previous set we had. When the new set arrived they were a different colour and also had a different name. Phoned up about it and was told that they buy in their blinds and rename the colours, theyve clearly just forgotten to swap the label over but it’s the right colour and if it looks different that’s just down to “batch variance”. I asked to swap it to see if I could find a closer match then. I was told this was not possible. Although it is actually against consumer rights law to refuse a refund from an online purchase, as long as the issue is raised within two weeks of purchase. I posted about this on their Facebook page. This post has since been deleted, I can see from scrolling through their page that there are only positive review up there, so I can only assume they delete all negative posts as they have done with mine, in order to give a skewed image of customers satisfaction. Poor show all round.”

“Impressed with the quality, speed and price of the curtains and blinds! Ordered free samples which arrived quickly, followed by the beautiful curtains that are a perfect fit. So when I needed blinds I ordered from blinds2go and the resulting blinds are fab! I really like that I can order free samples so I know exactly what I am getting and can properly choose from a good selection. Other companies online charge for samples and this has limited the number i look at leaving me unsure and not wanting to buy from them.”

“We haven't yet put the blind up as we haven't had time but we have been very pleased with the speed of dispatch, the quality of the blind particularly for the price which was very reasonable and all fitments have been included which is not always the case with online purchases. As long as we have no problem emerge when it is fitted would definitely buy from this company again and recommend.”

“Ordering was simple with the Velux window codes. There was a huge choice of blinds and after selecting, the order was delivered promptly. It was also helpful to have instructions for fitting online, although the blinds came with instructions anyway! Great service.”

“I have ordered blinds for my bathroom and kitchen and both orders were without any issues or stress. The blinds really enhance the kitchen and bathroom and I am so pleased. I am recommending to friends and family! I am about to place another order for a blind for the lounge. The quality is so good but the prices are very reasonable so I am so pleased.”
