“Ordered for my new “office” as now working from home. Delivered in about two weeks and they were easy to fit and look great. Have used blinds2go before and will definitely use again.”

“When the ordered arrived it had a different fabric name - there is no reference to this name on their website, it looks different to the website, but they assure me it's the same...??? If that is the case I am not sure why the name was not on their website or any the order confirmation emails - so either poor customer service or they sent me the wrong material, I'm not sure! Approach with caution....”

“I placed my order over 24 days ago now for a blind which was due to be delivered 14-21. I had to chase them after the delivery network said it was damaged, then another week after it returned I had to chase again. Serbina was far from helpful not even responding to what I was asking. Now I'm being told I have to wait another 21 days and there is no way for them to prioritize re-works. B29771897WB”

“Blinds fit fantastically price good easy to install got thermal blinds which help with the temperature in the room would recommend to other people not had to return any as fit perfectly will be ordering more for the last windows in our house look fantastic”

“Well, what can I say? I am well impressed with the blinds we ordered from you for our living room. Not only do they look great, but my husband managed to install them without saying the f-word once, or shouting that the instructions are “rubbish.” Normally I leave the house when he’s doing DIY, but I couldn’t this time because of lockdown. And I can’t use my usual bloke “Rent a Hubby” either. We’ll definitely be recommending you and we will be ordering again. Thank you!”
