“Ordered samples twice of which some were out of stock - said they would be sent when available - never happened. That said the PerfectFIT Venetian blinds for my conservatory are good value and easy to order and fit.”

“Unless you have a postroom or concierge is almost impossible to receive the products. They use cheap couriers which can’t give you any time frame or contact you if they can’t find the address. I missed 3 days of work waiting for them and delivery always failed. Is now 17 days i am trying to get my order and customer service takes no responsibility for the delay.”

“Ordered 50mm Faux wood blinds in Parchment for two rooms and they look amazing. They are easy to fit and fit my windows perfectly. In the past I've gone for very expensive made to order blinds costing at least 3 x more and I can't tell the difference except fitting was included. I'm going to be ordering more!”

“Just fitted our two new Roman blinds today and couldn’t be more pleased. Excellent fit and fitting is very easy. I have also had 8 venetion blinds and they are excellent value. Ordering on-line is simple and delivery is usually within one week for venetians and two weeks for Roman. Quality is excellent. Customer service very friend and helpful. Prices a fraction of High Street. Highly recommended.”
