“Lovely blackout roman blind. Took a little time to click into place but very happy with quality of material, linen. Easy movement to open and close. Only slight negative is ordering time it took appx 3 weeks. Saying that we weren't in a rush though.”

“We are really disappointed and insulted with the service from Blinds2go. We are returning customers and once again spent many hundreds of pounds with them. One of the blinds received was incorrect and blinds2go solution was to offer that we BUY another replacement blind!!! To say this was an insult is an understatement! They would not even consider altering our incorrect blind even though it only required a minor alteration. Obviously customer satisfaction is far from their top priority and they did very little to help us. Really, really disappointing and we will not be using them again even though we planned the dress the entire upstairs windows using blinds2go. We do not wish to deal with any company who does not respect our custom or loyalty. Terrible service.”

“The blind arrived promptly , fitted perfectly And is very smart. I should have checked the chain length though as it is very short and the blind is 8’ so we have to stand on a chair to close it - but as its for sun protection this is not a huge problem. I would definitely use Blinds2go again.”

“The product(s) are excellent. It would be nice if time between ordering and delivery could be quicker, but realise that everything is made to measure. I've learnt to factor the time line into the job. Great the way B2go keep in touch though.”
