The wallet pass is good to have. But I was concerned that as soon as I signed up I was contacted via the phone number I gave by a bladder medical specialist in Liverpool. Obviously selling data?

I have not as yet received my radar key & card. Had no communication, delivery is slow or non existence. Site itself has information that could help me.

Your service is excellent and the card arrived promptly. I have seen a much better card with a white background. Your colours are wrong. Just Can't Wait is excellent but white on blue doesn't work well.

As a card it is OK, but but not very useful, hear I am rolling along in my wheelchair and the disabled loo is closed due to this covid 19, so your card can't get you into the loo, oh dear I've messy myself

I was pleased to speak to someone but really would appreciate an email letter about this as I need to forward it to the PIP interview this Friday and also in support of my blue badge request so as I can park near a disabled toilet I would also appreciate some information as to when I can use the card for my serious bowel disabilities

I recieved my order very promptly, but there was an item missing.when i contacted your department i was told that the item,Dansac adhesive remover was oit of stock and would be delivered in a day or two.after waiting a week i rang again, to be told it was never ordered on my prescription. When i contacted my GP surgery they also confirmed it was not ordered with the rest of my order.so i had to order again to be sent to my local boots .when my next order goes through i hope everything will be on that order.could some one ring me to confirm my order next time. Thankyou.

My card came during lockdown so I haven't had to use it, but I am sure it will be great once I get the chance to get out. There are some areas I have not been able to access due to lack of public toilets and even the scheme that was set up with local businesses did not work as it should have, those few who were advertised as having toilets for public use e.g. pubs had notices to say this is not the case. This made many areas I had to worry about visiting Thank you
