“I haven’t received my card for the bladder & Bowel I filled in a form as well”

“Absolutely no one knew what I was talking about when I requested use of a bathroom. I tried 8 or 9 different stores in several towns in the uk and no one could assist me. No one knows what we are all about. Sorry no can't allow access, bladder and who? My boss said no, you'll have to use another store this is for staff only The final one said to me " prove it". I have given up asking. The bar code could be anything. I think a card with your name and request plus B&B community logo and something more official would be better.”

Dear Geoffrey, We're very sorry to hear this - we're actively trying to resolve this with an awareness campaign with businesses, but this of course takes time to filter down to customer-facing staff. “I paid for and sent off for 2 cArds and only one was sent I've just lost my Freedom pass wallet with the B&BC card in it. I now have NO card. It's not always possible to show the E card”

We are working to raise awareness with all levels of community to improve everyone's understanding of what it's like to live with a bladder and or bowel condition. Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us - the card isn't designed to be printed so we suggest purchasing a card to put in a lanyard - this will also be clearer to read and last a lot longer as it's plastic, so will stand up to daily use. “as i have prostate cancer & im suffering from the after effects of radiotherapy i tried to get a digital "just cant wait" card but there were so many hoops to jump through i gave up. i dont want to install a apple wallet on my iphone as i feel it could be unsafe.”

Hi there Roy, We're sorry to hear of your situation and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We apply certain criteria to the application process to try to limit card applicants to people living with a bladder or bowel condition, but understand your viewpoint. The digital wallet is perfectly safe and you don't have to add any payment cards if you don't wish to. If you prefer, you can purchase a plastic card from our website.
