“All the staff have been extremely professional and have kept me informed about all aspects of my treatment. I have been treated with respect, honesty and in a friendly, cheerful manner. I feel I am in very capable hands and am very fortunate to receive such dedicated attention.”

“my Wife and i Both suffer with anxiety, about getting to a toilet on time when needed, so we applied for your Just carnt what cards we have found that we can move around shopping areas eta, in a more relaxed state of mind, not had to use it yet , but a great comfort to now its there.”

“I was keen to order my husband the Just Can't Wait card. We applied by post and it came very quickly. I am glad the public can still have a plastic card as my husband has only a very basic mobile and we were unable to download the card. I was pleased we were dealt with promptly.”

“No contact other than to order a "Just Can't Wait" card. It has been useful so far on one occasion and am sure it will come in very useful in the future. The local authorities have decided to sell off or close so many public toilets which makes no sense. Everyone has to use them!”

“So far my experience of the Bladder & Bowel Community has been very good. Ordering the 'Can't Wait' App was simple and quick, still waiting for the card but very early days yet. The information and support I have been offered has been useful and I hope to engage in the forum processes soon (I'm still recovering from my 4th stroke so not able to participate sensibily yet).”

“The online was good. But I need to see someone face to face: as I had a tape approx 20 years ago and have been found exercises and things are still not right, leaking a lot again. I am having awful trouble in contacting someone for a face to face”

“I have just found out about the Blue Toilet card and it has lifted a huge pressure off me about going out. However once or twice I have come across friction and one flat out refusal. This has now prompted me to campaign that will ensure that the toilet card has the same legal standing as the Blue Badge. I really would like to see it is a legal requirement that access is provided to any loo in an establishment or business that has public access to holders of a Blue Toilet card. Come on people someone start a 'Change' petition and let's get this done”
