“Having recently been diagnosed with Bowel Cancer and undergoing major surgery for a right hemicolectomy I have been looking at websites to help with further information etc. My daughter told me about the Bladder and Bowel Community and advised me to get a 'Just Can't Wait' Card that I can use for the foreseeable future. Having such a card would really make going out a lot easier.”

“I needed a "can't wait" card but didn't really want to have the payment app that went with it, so I followed the instructions to get a physical card. I didn't hold my breath. I needn't have worried. My card arrive sooner than expected and is now in my wallet. Thanks again!”

We're very glad we could help Gillian! Thank you for your lovely review. For your peace of mind, the Wallet App shouldn't require any payment details to be used, this is an option and one that the software developers offer as a key feature. However, this is not required for you to be able to access the Digital Just Can't Wait Card. Should you wish to, you are welcome to download it for free at any time. We know it can be difficult for some people to communicate their need to use a toilet, but there may be a better way that works for you.
