“Great card & a great help. Could do with a flyer to m shops & public places. Not many think it is real let alone legal. Perhaps countrywide publicity would help. Also download able flyers we can print off & give out to local stores, offices etc”

“I suffer with bowl incontinence which if need to use the bathroom iv got to go straight away, I don't go out that much due to my illness. Hopefully now I can have some sort of life and able to go out, and people recognise the pass if needed. Thank you”

“Not great and it doesn't help when they shut the toilets for cleaning because then other toilets are closed because the shop or cafe are closed at the weekend or the town hall is closed”

Hi there Vikki, We very much understand. This is a long journey that requires people in all situations to show compassion and patience. The recent pandemic has not helped the situation but we are seeing positive developments in this area. We're constantly working to raise the issues around the difficulties that people face when living with a bladder and/or bowel condition and to ensure the card is better recognised.
