“Despite applying for my card it has never arrived. I applied for it as I was travelling extensively throughout February and wanted to take it with me. Very disappointing. If there is a possibility to reissue I would be grateful but I don't think I should have had to chase for it. It is embarrassing enough to have a problem without the stress of not getting the card I hoped would help.”

“I have had to rate very poor as I still have not received my card after 2 weeks! I was hoping that having the card would give me the freedom to try and go out so am very upset it has not arrived. Obviously I can not answer lots of the following questions.”

“The card is an absolute godsend. I have bladder issues to do with a spinal condition and massive doses of water tablets due to oedema in both legs. And yes, I have pads, but they do not cope with bladder emptying, and certainly not two episodes. Despite being in a wheelchair and things being less visible to others, to myself it is an issue and yes you never get over a level of embarrassment. This card changes everything. It not only gives you a level of security but knowledge that things may improve and coping levels increase. This is the best gift. Thank you.”

Hi Liljana, I apologise that you haven't received your Just Can't Wait card yet. I can see your application was processed and sent out so I can only assume it has been lost in the post somewhere.
