“It is a great idea but to date I have not received my card. Therefore at the moment it is difficult to rate your service anything other than ‘poor’ but once it has been received please ask me again. Many Thanks”

“I HAVE NOT HAD THE NEED TO USE MY CARD YET BUT JUST KNOWING I HAVE ONE HAS GIVEN ME CONFIDENCE - I WISH I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THIS SCHEME YEARS AGO WHEN I FIRST HAD BKADDER PROBLEMS. I AM NOT SURE ALL STORES ETC KNOW ABOUT THE SCHEME AS IT NEEDS TO BE WIDELY ADVERTISED. PERHAOS ALL HEAD OFFICES OF COMPANIES NOT ONY SHOPS SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THE CARD.”

“Unfortunately I have still not received my card or radar key, I have to say it's a little disappointing..that I have been asked to complete a survey but have not received anything that I ordered. I would appreciate if this could be looked into and followed up asap, kind regards S.Roachford”
