Since the initial call, I have heard very little contact from Bladdet and Bowel, and have had no support to speak of, in fact the service I have received has had me in tears, that now my husband deals with Bullens directly and have had no input with Bladder and Bowel for for quite sometime. Very disappointing as this is not what was promised over the phone, Unfortunately a company that as soon as they have your prescription you are just another number, would not recommend at all

If you applied for a Free Just Can't Wait Card online you should have been directed to download your card directly to your smartphone - We have sent you an email to help you complete the process. Recently applied for two I Just Can't Wait cards, paying for both via cheque. Only one arrived. Sent email explaining but have had no form of apology/explanation, or my second, paid for, card.

Considering that you never delivered the most important part of my request and when I invformed you of this on the phone all I got was I will phone you straight back, that was a week ago and I still haven’t had the phone call back, I don’t think I will be using you again

Wanted a *Just cannot wait card,* signed-up cannot download as do not have a printer cannot download to ifone as it asks for a credit card to be added before it will add any other cards to an iwallet. I was called by one of your CS advisors whom used my details to cold call, I explained I coukd not diwnload tbe digital one as I cannot use my Iwalket asjed could I be sent a physical card. I was told I could not have one unless I was a customer. Was given a lia List of things you provide and etc also went through all complimentary items too. When I said my district nurses use another company I was told I can use who I want it is easy to change over, that You could send out my prescription without waiting for my GP to sign it was also told can get any NHS prescriptions for me. False reasons to get people to sign up wrongful advertising* I am dusgusted you can do this to anyone & will be posting to Social Media platforms about my experience & why I could not have a card. When you say on your website sign up get a free JCW card. What a load of waffle. If I was looking to change to another supplier it certainly would not be your company based on your ethics! I just can't wait to post this on Social Media. Have a nice day!

Terrible on release from hospital was given all medication yet have to buy pads while no wage coming into house £450 less and 5 months later still waiting. Terrible service
