“Every member of the team, whichever team has been present over the weeks and months, has contributed remarkably sensitively in the sometimes painful process involved. They have of course always been serious and professional in their care, but in my experience have also helped me to relax and to overcome many of my fears. Their always kindly ability to distract me in conversation as they prepare me for the procedure is most memorable. Thank you to them all !! John Beer (if names are allowed !)”

“I have a Bladder & Bowel card not had to use it yet, I do like the idea of shops advertising that we can have use of their facilities if things are getting desperate, It would be nice to see a lot more shops doing this throughout the country. It is a terrible & disgusting thing to live with but that's life, anything to make life more comfortable must be good.”

“I appreciate this service so much. The pads they issue are so useful without those I’d be stuck. The lady I see is lovely and explains everything to me so I know what is happening.”
