“good explanation of condition and how help the symptoms. i have been following the advice and given up caffeine and started doing the exercizes and in two weeks my incontinence has improved. thank you very much.”

“Considering that you never delivered the most important part of my request and when I invformed you of this on the phone all I got was I will phone you straight back, that was a week ago and I still haven’t had the phone call back, I don’t think I will be using you again”

“I applied for one of your cards for urgent toilet use . Iwas able to download it easily to phone to use. (first time for me doing this) The process was easy and well explained. Thank you . Just having the opportunity to use it takes away some of the anxiety I have around finding public toilets and using those in other outlets without having to explain my medical issues.”

“I was out in the car once, and got caught short, I pulled into a garage and ran inside, I asked if they had any public toilets, to be told no, they were some about a mile away, I mentioned that I had a just can't wait card, and was directed to staff toilets, absolutely brilliant.”

“I never knew anything about the bowel and bladder community, toll a friend said they could help me. I'm so relieved as I was struggling on my own, trying to deal with my bowel problem after my bowel cancer operation. I feel so very much better now. The support you give me brought me to tears, and am a grown man, ex'forces,, thought I could with anything. You gave me my pride and dignity back. My confidence in going out is returning and my quality of life has changed so much. All from a phone call. Thank you so very much to you.”
