“Recently applied for two I Just Can't Wait cards, paying for both via cheque. Only one arrived. Sent email explaining but have had no form of apology/explanation, or my second, paid for, card.”

“I was greatly helped by Lizzie last week during my first contact with the Bladder & Bowel Community after receiving my 'Just Can't Wait' card. Lizzie informed me of a wide range of medical aids to support sufferers with my IBS condition. I explained that I am currently undertaking a 2 weeks' Sacral Nerve Stimulation (SNS) trial (wire implant with external programmer) under the auspices of my bowel surgeons in NHS Grampian and if successful, I will be given a permanent implant to better manage my condition. So far, it is transforming my life! Watch this space!”
