“Having the card has made a big difference to my confidence so that I can go out and know I have access to a toilet without worry I f not getting there on time or people looking at me with questioning eyes because I have used the disabled toilets as I need a sink in the cubicle with the toilet Plus these loos are normally more accessible.”

“I received the card really quickly. Peace of mind knowing that in times of emergency I don’t have be embarrassed to ask for facilities - I can quietly show the card. Sometimes that’s all anyone wants. My family also are relieved and know that this small issue give confidence to me”
