“I recently went away and was in a small cafe and needed the toilet, they did have a toilet but i was told it was for staff only, because i aldo have restricted mobility i flashed my card and they immediately let me use their toilet no problem at all”

“I am so grateful to receive this card, I feel much more confident to ask to use a toilet instore now that I have this card. I have suffered a lot of incidents which could have been avoided if I had known about this card earlier, I have been so embarrassed more times that I can remember, having this card is vital for me. I keep it tucked safely inside my purse so I always have it with me whenever I leave the house, it is brilliant, thank you so much.”
