“We never realised we had a choice of provider, or any of the benefits you have offered us. Your service is excellent. You have put so much thought into what people need when they have Bowel /Bladder conditions. The card is excellent. Most people will see it and understand that a person needs access to a toilet. My son has been confronted by people asking why he needs the disabled toilet. He struggles to explain, so this card helps him to communicate his needs, not that he should have to. I think you have listened to the patients/clients (whether they are young or old )about their needs and this shows in your dedicated service. Thank you”

“Thankfully, I haven’t needed to use it yet. Ordering the card was extremely simple and it arrived within the specified timeframe, despite Covid. Very grateful as I have had two instances lately where due to Covid, a lack normal hospitality has led to led to embarrassment. Hopefully, this card will make my invisible disability more official”

“Thank you so much for the card it will be very useful with my condition, I found the request for easy to fill in and the cards came within the stated duration , Thank you Whilst sending this e mail I would personally like to thank you all at bladders & bowl community for your continued support and advice that people like me can use , it has helped me to adjust lifestyle inline with my condition .
