“Thank you with sending out the card, it has been a difficult time during the pandemic with lack of facilities to use due to them not being open. It has also been difficult when various centres or shops only allowed persons to use the facility if they have purchased an item.”

“You helped me a lot it’s just a shame the first time I went to use it it was refused and I was told to go elsewhere. I then spoke to the manager of Sainsbury’s and explained the card for future occasions so he says he will inform his staff so it can be used 🤪”

“I had to use it once since I received it, so I am very grateful for it, the thought of having to explain to somebody the reason for needing to use there toilet fills me with great anxiety and has stopped me from going out in the past, thank you so much for giving me some freedom back.”

“The card is great but not everyone is forth coming to letting you use the toilet before them so I would think it would be much better issued with the radar key for disabled facilities”

“I received the card almost immediately after I ordered it I haven’t used it yet as I’m kind of shielding & don’t go out unless needed but I hope it will be possible to go out & be able not to worry about the toilet with using the card. I’d like to say thanks to you for sending the card out”
