“I'm thankful for the B&B Community. It's the real life community that frustrates me. Like being told I have no business using disabled stalls or bathrooms. I was in Glasgow Central Station and was refused access to the disabled bathroom by 2 workers. I showed them my B&B card and my key and they still denied me access. So, I had to go down the stairs with my bags on crutches to use the small stalls with zero privacy. It was humiliating and one of the worst encounters I've experienced. Public awareness/education would be wonderful.”
