“Haven't had a chance of using my new card yet during the current lockdown, but it already gives me confidence when I do start going out again. The fact that I can possibly access a disabled toilet in an emergency is comforting as sometimes I don't get a lot of warning when I need to go. I've been very impressed with what seems a very professional and well thought out scheme. Thank you.”

“It's been very hard during this time of lockdown. Having to plan ahead when you go out,since all the toilets have been closed. Complained a few time to shops and shopping centres. People have to go out. To work and general shopping. Been caught out a few times. Returned home after waiting 24 minutes at a bus stop. And called a friend who lived close by. Try not to eat before a journey. The card is a good thing to have for the future Thank you very much.”

“Excellent response to my request for a card. I’ve used it twice with success but needed to explain what it was. I think there may be a lack of awareness about the card to business’s/companies. The app does not appear to be available in the UK.”

“I orderd the card for my daughter as shes lactose intolerant and onmy 6 years old,an that can sometimes affect her bladder movements,this card has come in handy during the pandemic as there are no public toilets open and she was able to use staff toilets when I have been doing the weekly shop. I've recommended this card to a few family members who have bladder issues. Thank you for sending it so quickly. Francesca Roger's”
