“My card arrived in 2days. I haven't had chance to use it yet because of the covid 19 but i will feel better about going out as j will have more chance if using toilets with my card thankyou”

“Such a welcome community and I for one really appreciate you! Have thought about requesting a card for many years, back in fact, since when I worked for NHSdirect as was known then, and I heard about the NACC? My friend has since I received mine ordered one herself, and in fact received two?!”

“Hello. Thank you so much for sending me my “just can’t wait” card. I actually had to use it a few days after it arriving. Because of lock down the store toilets were closed but I was able to use them as I had the card. Thank you so much again”

“The card arrived quite quickly and I haven’t yet used it. It does give me comfort having it to use if needed. I couldn’t find the App under Bladder and Bowel or Just Can’t Wait. This would also be useful to have on my phone. I do feel supported with the community and website. Thank you.”

“During this current time I have not actually used my card with the current pandemic. But I feel reassured to have the card in case of any emergencies I may have I feel a little more confident having the card to produce when urgently needing the bathroom.”
