“Had one reject my needs but other than that it has been really helpful. Especially as with the toilets closed and the 2 meter rule meaning you needed to shout out your issue which could be very embarrassing”

“Recived very quickly. Hopefully will be known if stuck in a cue. Im not sure how well the card is known as i only heard of it for the first time from my consultant at the hospital, but am very grateful”
