Initially I was relieved to hear about the card and what it was all about but I've tried to use it 3 times now and not 1 shop has let me use the loo. I even told them about my heart and they all just said no insurance for the public to enter their toilet. Shoezone at Durham hadn't even heard of the card. Very saddened unfortunately.

Hi there Nicola, We're so sorry to hear that you didn't have a more positive experience. We have reports that stores such as Aldi and Argos tend to be very helpful to card holders, although this may vary from store to store. Our mission is to break the stigma around toilet issues, and ensure that people have better access to facilities where possible. Unfortunately we can't promise that everyone will have heard of, or be accepting of, the Just Can't Wait card as a means of communicating urgency. However the more people who are willing to try, the quicker we can combat the taboos around this issue. Thank you for your views. Have not received it. I have no ideea why it takes so long So cant say a lot. Feel disapointed. Hope will come.

Did not recieve just cant wait card, and then over a month later you send an email stating=We'd really like to hear what you think about your Just Can't Wait Card.
