Hi Caroline, We're sorry your card didn't arrive, they usually do within a few days. The quickest way to get a new card to you is for you to please fill in a replacement card form: https://www.bladderandbowel.org/help-information/just-cant-wait-card-replacement/ We'll then get a brand new card out to you asap. I have not received my card, I had an email saying it had been sent out over a month ago, but it never arrived. As someone who is embarrassed to talk about my illness, especially when it has caused me to have accidents in public, I am really disappointed that the card has not materialised.
