I didn’t know this existed, makes me feel moe “normal”, lots of good advice, I’ve not used my card yet but feel more secure just having it with me

Have not received it. I have no ideea why it takes so long So cant say a lot. Feel disapointed. Hope will come.

Did not recieve just cant wait card, and then over a month later you send an email stating=We'd really like to hear what you think about your Just Can't Wait Card.

The quickest way to get a new card to you is for you to please fill in a replacement card form: https://www.bladderandbowel.org/help-information/just-cant-wait-card-replacement/ We'll then get a brand new card out to you asap. I have not received my card, I had an email saying it had been sent out over a month ago, but it never arrived. As someone who is embarrassed to talk about my illness, especially when it has caused me to have accidents in public, I am really disappointed that the card has not materialised.
