“I was impressed with the quick response to my application for Just Can't Wait card. A new member of Speakability Burton on Trent passed on your information. I have been a outpatient at Burton hospital over20 years, had two blocked bowel operations with lengthy stays and none has ever mentioned you. Although I am disappointed no one took the time to give .e your information and I'm ready relieved to have your card now. Thanks again Janet Parry.”
