“Their supply of products is excellent and cannot be faulted. They never actually talk to their clients other than to ask about their monthly supply needs. That makes me feel divorced from the Bladder and Bowel Community. I am considering letting my pharmacist supply my catheters. He talks to me.”

“I joined this community because I wanted to enjoy the opportunity to receive the “toilet” card. Having access to toilets when the need strikes cannot be understated. I also like the way they are actively trying to promote the scheme with shops and restaurants etc. it would be a great help to know when you are able to use the facility without being turned away”
