“I would like information on emergency toilet needs when out and about. It seems most public toilets close when the shops close, so other than going into a Bar (which I won't do, especially if I am out alone)to ask if I can use their toilet.. Or visit the local police station.. What other options other than have an 'accident'.. Help please”

“Brilliant to have peace of mind when you're out and about and have a condition which means you desperately need the loo as sometimes you feel guilty using a business just for their loo. It gives me more confidence going out with my condition knowing I won't be questioned when I show them my pass.”
