“This was great news for my husband with him having a problem with both. Easy to apply for and arrived the next day. Up to now he hasn’t had to use his card ( but I am certain he will have to in the not to distant future). It has given him peace of mind knowing it’s there to use when his problems flare up again. Thank you very much. 👍”

“To be able to just show a card instead of trying to explain your desperate need to use a toilet especially in the present COVID time where many facilities are closed. It has given me more confidence to enter out of my safe environment of home Thank you x”

“I find it very handy as i have IBS and sometimes have to find a toilet quickly most people will let you use a toilet that usually you cant thankyou for sending it so promptly”

“Haven't used it yet but gives me some peace of mind when I need to go to toilet and there is none available to the public and then I have to go pubs or restaurants or sports complexes and hopefully they let me use theres when I show them my card with a bit of luck if not I don't know what I would do 🤔”

“Placed an order, had a confirmation email on the 8th November now im being told I need to apply again ? Customer service advisor clearly can't be bothered to take my order and rectify the problem. Not happy at all !!”
