“What a great service Having applied on line for a Just Can't Wait I was called by the Bladder & Bowel Community. The representative expressed empathy and understanding so I felt comfortable discussing problems The help and advice was very welcome especially the offer to take on the ordering and delivery of my prescriptions, the first of which arrived today”

“I was pleased to speak to someone but really would appreciate an email letter about this as I need to forward it to the PIP interview this Friday and also in support of my blue badge request so as I can park near a disabled toilet I would also appreciate some information as to when I can use the card for my serious bowel disabilities”

“I needed the toilet and fortunately the guy behind the counter let me in as he knew what my condition entailed as his wife had it. He also knew what the card was. So the card worked TU”
