“I haven’t actually used it yet as when I was planning to go out, I, unfortunately suffered a set back. I am, however, planning to take it with me on my next outing. I will update you accordingly, but just having the card gives me piece of mind. The follow up phone call was also a welcome service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if need be. Thank you for your concern.”

“Rarely go out at the present time but on my only time out, with all the public toilet locked up, I was in desperate need in M&S, so showed my card and a toilet was opened up for me. I don't know how I would have managed to get out of the Store if I had not been given access to a toilet. This has given me the confidence to leave home again on another occasion. Thank you so much for giving me back the confidence to do that.”
