I thought that shops should get you use their toilets if you need them But been to 2 now and they wouldn't let me use theirs

Dear Carol, Thank you so much for your review - we're so sorry to hear that the Just Can't Wait card was refused, we understand that may have been stressful. The card is a communication tool, as opposed to a pass to use the toilet. We are working to raise awareness with all levels of community to improve everyone's understanding of what it's like to live with a bladder and or bowel condition. The more people show the card though, the more people will recognise it. I wanted a card to carry with me but no option for that..I can't do downloading stuff..so not helpful at all.

2nd attempt to download just can’t wait card and still hasn’t worked. Not very impressed.

Tried to call their helpline which kept me waiting then offered me to leave my name and number so they could call me - they didn't! I wanted a physical card but received an email to say my 'digital' can't wait card was ready, but I didn't want a digital one on a phone, and there was no means of speaking to anyone about it. Very poor

You may need to complete the form again to access the link, or if you prefer you can order a plastic card by post. Dear Silvia, Thank you for your review and we're sorry that you haven't had a more positive experience. If you ordered a card online, via the online application form on our website, this would have been for a digital card. You would have received a link via email, to enable you to access your unique link. If this has expired, please repeat the process. If you would prefer a physical card, we make a small charge to cover postage and packaging. Please forward a cheque for £1.99 payable to Bladder and Bowel Support Company Ltd, to: Bladder & Bowel Community, Forward House, 17 High Street, Henley-in-Arden, B95 5AA, and include your name and return address for us to send your card. NOT WHAT IT SEEMS I signed up online as I was keen to have the Just Can't Wait! App for my mobile phone, resulting from a recent rectal cancer diagnosis, not my long standing ileostomy. BUT. I had a call from you, that I now know was not what it seems. The caller asked after my health, and said sorry about the diagnosis. But quickly moving on, asked about my stoma, and which supplier I used. I politely answered, as I felt fair enough I was pleased to have the App. After some minutes going into more details about my supplier your caller moved to what their "partner" supplier could offer and how that was so much better. In fact no different, I said, to what I have already, but that wasn't enough and I was given a repeat of all details. I asked who they represented - answer the B&BC, but when pressed did tell me Bullen was the "partner" supplier. So after an unsolicited 10 minute call about supplies, I politely gave my feedback to your caller. THIS: if you want to offer a support service great, but do not pretend that in order TO SIGN UP NEW CUSTOMERS FOR A SUPPLIER. Your caller had no real interest in my care needs, didn't know for instance what granulation is, so when I said I thought I was really being given a sales pitch, your caller ended the call abruptly. SHAME ON YOU B&BC, I now think you are just a front. You are taking advantage of people in a very, very difficult experience, and your first concern is profit.
