I requested a download of the Can’t Wait card. Never heard another word till this satisfaction survey. No I sm not satisfied!

I applied for the card (I tried 4 times and it didn’t arrive), then I contacted the customer service (several times, no much help…), I sent my details to them asking if they can get the card for me and send it to me…but they just said to check my email spam!!! Of course the problem wasn’t that!then they didn’t reply me anymore… Terrible service! 0 stars

Hi there Julie, Thank you for your review, we're sorry if you haven't been able to get your card yet. We offer the Digital Just Can't Wait Card for free which you can download instantly to a smartphone - however due to postage and packaging costs we must make a small charge for our plastic card version. We do however keep this cost as low as possible to make it accessible to all who need it. Dear Corbin, Apologies for not picking this up sooner - thank you for your comments and hopefully we can help. We understand that the Digital Card might not suit all people, so we offer the plastic card as an alternative. You are very welcome to apply for one directly, just download and complete the form and return it to us with payment. We'll then post your brand new plastic card back to you. When showing my card 9 times out of ten people do not let you use the toilet if there not public

We're constantly working to improve the understanding of what the card is, and what it means to people with retailers and managers of public spaces. We do recognise though, that the more people who carry and present the card, the more retailers will be aware of the need and offer more compassion. Dear Sandra, We're very sorry to hear you feel this way. We do everything we can to keep the cost as low as possible to ensure it is available to all who need it. We must make a small charge simply to cover postage and packaging. We offer other free services such as our Online Support Group, and all of our information is free to access. I didn't receive my card threw the lost, am disabled and dnt have a mobile phone. Disappointing indeed

I could not active the pass, so therefor this was not useful as when i attempted to access the account it said code invalid

My mum had a appointment cancelled due to covid shortages last August. We have had no other contact from them since. I have tried to call, but it just does a long message to call back at another time. Newport Pagnell Medical urinal problems clinic.
