Dear Darin, Thanks for your patience, we've looked into this for you and it looks like you ordered the Free digital version of the Just Can't Wait Card. You should have received an email guiding you to download the 'pass' to your digital wallet, but at such a busy time of year it may have been missed! We will send this to you again, hopefully this resolves this for you. If you'd prefer a traditional plastic card, you can purchase one securely via our website. “Hello to all the bladder and bowel community. I have suffered with IBS for 3 decades and now a weak bladder. This pass has been a God send. So many establishments have been very supportive as soon as I show my pass. We as a community need to educate others the importance of this condition and how helpful others can be to give support thank you to the company and their people who came up with this amazing way to use outside facilities as and when needed”

We agree! We have our Toilet Scheme running, which businesses can sign up to and receive a free information pack and window stickers for their premises. This aims to educate employees, but also inform the public of premises which are welcoming to those in urgent need of toilet facilities.
