“Im pleased you issued them free of charge,and as yet i havent had to use it,Im going to apply for1 for both my disabled parents,especially my dad who has limited mobility and is over 80years old, for him these cards are a god send many thanks”

“It has given me the confidence to use a disabled toilet and bot worry about when I get challenged when requesting the key or by a member of the public. Not all disabilities are visible.”

“I have not yet had the need for the card, but with the lack of public toilets. It will give me piece of mind whilst out and about. I never know when I will be caught short, because of my medication.”

“Having received kidney now. On Dialysis my Bladder needs to pass H2O , my machine filters the fluid from my body and not wait before it get urgent to go.”

“I used my blue card for the first time this weekend in a shop I frequent. I was happy to note that they knew about the card (I was expecting to explain the significance of the card) and allowed me to use their toilets. They told me they only allow people with blue cards to use the shop toilets. This was really helpful to me as I was in desperate need and they were very understanding. I cannot thank you enough for the card.”
