“I haven't had any flare up with my IBS since but I feel it will be very useful say if I want to use the disabled toilet without feeling guilty. If anyone asks, I can show them the card so it makes me feel more comfortable.”

“This was a surprise initiative having only heard about it from a friend over Christmas. You deal very delicately with a sensitive subject for those of us who suffer in private. Thank you for sending the card with will be invaluable. The only slight problem I experienced with your letter was that having followed your instructions, I was unable to find the digital card.”

“I didn't know that you could get a card until an advisor told me. I applied straight away for it &the disabled toilet key. I don't think enough people know who are indeed of both. I thank my advisor and I thank yourself for the card for when I'm out in the hour in need. So thankfully grateful one happy customer xxx”
