“Card arrived quite quickly. Fortunately have not had to use it yet as not going out much due to coronavirus precautions. Have read some reviews that say not all shops have allowed use but time will tell. Reassuring just to have it in case though.”

“More organisations need to be aware of what this card actually means. Some shops still refuse use of a toilet as they don't accept the card is a "thing:”

“Had one reject my needs but other than that it has been really helpful. Especially as with the toilets closed and the 2 meter rule meaning you needed to shout out your issue which could be very embarrassing”

“It's been very hard during this time of lockdown. Having to plan ahead when you go out,since all the toilets have been closed. Complained a few time to shops and shopping centres. People have to go out. To work and general shopping. Been caught out a few times. Returned home after waiting 24 minutes at a bus stop. And called a friend who lived close by. Try not to eat before a journey. The card is a good thing to have for the future Thank you very much.”

“The card arrived quite quickly and I haven’t yet used it. It does give me comfort having it to use if needed. I couldn’t find the App under Bladder and Bowel or Just Can’t Wait. This would also be useful to have on my phone. I do feel supported with the community and website. Thank you.”
